Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase! However, because all items are custom-made to order, we can only accept returns in the following cases:

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days and we'll send you the correct item at no additional cost.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at your-email@gallianoclothing.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the defective or incorrect item
  • A brief description of the issue

We'll review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Items without defects or damage
