We partner with Printify to create and ship your orders. All products are made-to-order, which means they're printed and shipped only after you place your order.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-7 business days. During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Once your order ships, delivery times vary by location:

• UK: 3-5 business days
• Europe: 5-10 business days
• USA: 5-10 business days
• Rest of World: 10-20 business days

Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.

Tracking Information

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships so you can monitor its progress.

Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase! However, because all items are custom-made to order, we can only accept returns in the following cases:

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days and we'll send you the correct item at no additional cost.

How to Request a Return

• Photos of the defective or incorrect item
• A brief description of the issue

We'll review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size ordered
• Items without defects or damage
